Yeah, what is it about that third season? That seems to be when I burn out on most shows. Not all the time, but often enough that it's a pattern. I feel like Hannibal picked up again once they got out of Europe, but still.
Angelique seems to be the analogue character for Sybil Vane in the book, which made it both an interesting choice to have her be a transgender character, but also made it WAY worse in other ways. I adored her while she was onscreen, but she deserved so much better.
