Not surprised; you really can't compare to Vincent Price. The only old William Castle movie I've seen where the remake was *maybe* better than the original was The House on Haunted Hill. And that one had a lot of, not "it" actors, but well-versed members of the Geekiary--Geoffery Rush, Ali Larter, Famke Janssen, Taye Diggs, Jeffrey Combs.

LOL--yes, one always remembers one's first movie peen. Mine was Ewan MacGregor in Velvet Goldmine. And I am shocked---Shocked, I say!--that you haven't seen 28 Weeks Later yet. I mean, I haven't either, but it seems like you talk about it a lot, if only because of Imogen Poots.
